  • General Admission: Access to the whole site except VIP/Stage areas.

    VIP: Get the most from your Open–Air experience with VIP tickets. Enjoy access to an exclusive area alongside fast-track entry, a dedicated VIP bar, complimentary cloakroom, and private toilets - so you never miss a moment.

     

    VIP Stage: Experience music from a new perspective. Watch day turn to night from an

    exclusive spot on stage. Unmatched views from a bespoke deck and one-of-a-kind moments up close with your favourite DJs. Ticket includes fast-track entry, a dedicated VIP bar, complimentary cloakroom, and private toilets.

  • Magazine Open—Air does not permit bags or rucksacks that are bigger than an A4 piece of paper (21cm x 30cm) onto site. Lockers are available for smaller items. Please only bring essential items with you to the event.

  • Please note you are NOT permitted to bring any of the following items:

     

    Illegal substances, legal highs or any other psychoactive substances, food, any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume), chewing gum, point-and-shoot cameras, bottles, weapons, ammunition, horns, whistles, drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons/air horns, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades, or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile.

     

    Large bags, hi-visibility tabards or similar, sponsorship, promotional or marketing material, marker pens, spray paint, or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure. Costume masks are also not permitted.

     

    If you have any specific reasons for bringing prohibited items to Magazine Open—Air, please contact us prior to the event at info@broadwicklive.com.

  • There will be a wide selection of great food traders (including vegan and vegetarian options) and bars across the site.

     

  • Free drinking water points and cups are available throughout the site and at all bars.

    No liquids are permitted on entry, but you may bring one empty, transparent plastic bottle (up to 500ml). Please do not bring metal bottles.

  • There is no parking available on site and guests are advised to look at public transport links or nearby parking on the Greenwich Peninsula.

    For guests arriving by car, drop-off is available via Car Park 1 at the O2 Arena.

    Blue Badge parking is available in North Greenwich Station, provided via Saba and TFL. Please see here for more details

  • You can safely store your belongings at Magazine Open—Air with e-lockers.

    The e-lockers are available to book in advance, making your entry and exit as seamless as possible.

    You can easily share your locker with friends. No queueing on arrival. You can access your locker as many times as you want throughout the show. There’s no deposit required and no key to return.

  • Payment plans are available at checkout on Kaboodle.

  • Tickets are non-refundable. Please check your ticket provider’s T&Cs for more info.

  • Please email info@broadwicklive.com with a clear description of your lost item and any detail regarding where you misplaced it.
